Community Action Against Homophobia has been active in the campaign against the inhumane mandatory detention, which has been Australian government policy since 1992.
CAAH has fought hard against homophobic rulings by the Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT) around particular cases of queer refugees seeking asylum in Australia, and against the cruel mandatory detention policy that has locked up so many refugees. More photos
